I think a good compromise is a 6 team playoff with the top two teams given byes. First round: 3rd vs 6th 4th vs 5th Second round: Winner of 3rd vs 6th vs 1st Winner of 4th vs 5th vs 2nd Third round: Championship game That or go to 8 and reduce the regular season to 10 games....
So maybe it wasn't a fluke, but Rodney Garner stealing recruits from Tennessee is part of the reason for the death of Tennessee for almost a decade in football. It looks like the resurgence is going to happen, but Tennessee football had been pretty much dead for 10 years....
Top 5 is a little much for Tennessee but I think they finally deliver and go 10-2, 11-1 and back to the SECCG. If they don't, we can seriously consider if whether the 90s-early 00's was a fluke....
MSU is good, Auburn was hilariously awful defensively early in the season. So one counts, other doesn't....
Tough shite. He's gotta create for himself then....
Here's an unbiased top 4: 1. Derrick Henry 2. Nick Chubb 3. Leonard Fournette 4. Alex Collins...
No, I meant what if he had that game and "the te/fb/part of the o line" doesn't get hurt, does he dominate SEC play like his supporters think he would've....

Spinoff thread - a poll on LF7

If the McNeese game wasn't cancelled and the TE, FB, and part of the OL wasn't hurt, would LF7 have gone for 2300-2400 yards and dominated in SEC play like his supporters think he would've? Just leave your comments below....
Maybe Georgia Southern or Michigan could be your rival?...
My saying that Fournette getting 3 of his 200+ yard games against directional schools went totally ignored.... He did well in SEC play, but he never dominated like LSU fans thought he was going to....
They are trying to get Hornacek fired, like Denver did with their coach last season....
So now lets change the subject for delusional LSU fans... What would Fournette have had if he had the McNeese game and everyone kept healthy. O/U 2500 yards? Upvote for over Downvote for under...
A starting fullback and tight end being injured, when he was being lauded for being able to create on his own....
Offensive line played like it was drunk in the first half vs Southern. He only had 16 carries vs ULM. While Fournette was putting up these amounts of carries against lesser opponents: 26 vs a 4-8 team that hung in there vs LSU 26 vs a directional school that LSU had trouble putting away 2...
Against the likes of Auburn's shitty defense, Syracuse, and Eastern Michigan. :rotflmao:...
You're crazy. He's not a starting QB in the NFL, may be a solid career backup though....
Fournette fattened up on easy competition before SEC play started....
Suspect most of Texas A&M's wins were not good ones or came with Manziel making Sumlin look much better than he does....
