Can't help those games were scheduled years ago and LSU and UF, who were perennially top 10 teams, weren't that this year. FSU with Travis would have been competitive with any SEC team this year. Now, with 18 players opting out, it's not the matchup it could have been. I think we deserved the chance to play for a national championship, but let's face it, it's all about ratings and TV revenues. 5 Power Conference teams. 4 slots. System is inherently flawed. You'd have felt the same way if your team had been rated within the top 4 all year long, only to slip at the end through no fault of your own. Do I think FSU is currently a top 4 program?
