Coverage was good. Execution was bad.

I'm still ticked, though the sting has lessened a bit from yesterday.

Y'all got fricked honestly.

My real reaction was quote ' Holy shite'.

I wanted to drive to Auburn and burn down the entire fricking town.

I just felt every red blood cell leave my face and drain elsewhere. I hated that it came down to that one play, when if Grantham hadn't let them run the ball at will, that TD would't have mattered.

I hated that the drive to finally pull ahead was for naught, particularly AM's TD. I can't believe that we finally got a proper call at the goal line.

I hated that the lucky break we caught on the "incomplete" AU pass at the 5 in the 1st that held them to a FG was wasted.

I hated that it took Bobo 30 minutes to adjust to Auburn's defense and realize that the tools to carve up Auburn's secondary were there all along.

I hated that Penn Wagers is a belligerent SOB, and that he took the fight back to CMR and threw a bench flag when Richt wasn't even talking to him any longer.

I hated that I had to witness the first time I've seen a defender come up with the ball from the bottom of a pile after video proof shows there's no way the carrier could have regained possession and the refs let the offense keep it.

I hated it that I had to witness yet another lesson in the Obscure NCAA Penalties 101, with the Leaping flag on the punt. (That monster couldn't have jumped over those blockers if his life depended on it. It looked like a bad pro wrestling move, as they were down low under him and clearly raised him as they stood together).

I hated it as a UGA fan that I've seen a "Leaping" penalty called against the Dawgs before. (ASU '08)

I hated that we learned that helmet-to-helmet doesn't get called when it's the last play of the game, apparently.

More than anything I hated it for Murray. He single-handedly willed that comeback into existence. When we got the ball back at 0:25, I still wasn't worried.

I turned to one of my best friends who is an Auburn grad and seriously considered choking the life out of him. But then I pussed out and slapped him on the shoulder and said, "Good game." to kind of take the wind out of his sails before he could rub it in.

I looked at my friend behind the bar and we both said, "Typical."

I was surprised at how content I was knowing that we lost the game in the first half and even though we almost pulled off an amazing comeback, I had already come to terms we lost.

Not to be a dooms day dog, I am not, but I was so disheartened at how we looked as a whole that our loss in the in end didn't hurt too bad.

I was more mad at the Mizz and Vandy games. Those games were all about WTF!!

I knew coming in that we were underdogs and that if we won id get drunk and celebrate beating the barn but instead I got drunk and watched Stanford lose me $50 bucks. So all in all Saturday sucked.
