Thus, by definition, you are positing that scoring 6 points in a bowl game is "com[ing] through". That's a pretty low bar.
You can't deny the 19 points the O scored in regulation vs Michigan St in 2011 was amazing.

When the defense is bad at a record breaking pace, the DC doesn't get the benefit there. Win the offense is breaking records, yea, you get the benefit.
And we can cherry pick all day long good games and bad games. But to look at Bobo's career at Georgia, specifically the last 5 or so years, and to suggest he wasn't fantastic is just fricking stupid

In the post you responded to, we were discussing 2011. The only records broken in that year were amount of non-defensive points given up due to offensive and special team screw ups.
You are essentially saying "it's okay if the o screws up big time in the bigger games because the o scored a million vs a group of crap teams." That kind of thinking fits the "fricking stupid" description better than anything I have posted.
