That ll be a bit for the real deal. My spot isn't good till mid july. One trip there and I'll feed an army.

I personally don't fry, leave that up to my buddy. His breading is magnificent. I'm gonna venture into the world of frying soon. It's just not a good idea when this fat boy tries to drop lbs.

Put some seasoning directly on the meat. Then pulled the skin back over and put a light coat of olive oil on it to crisp the skin up.

The thighs I injected with a balsamic and just coated the skin with the seasoning.

Damn skippy

All its doing is getting your seasons directly on the meat. Turkey skin is a lot thicker than chicken so not everyone likes it cause it can get chewy. There's a lot of tendons in turkey legs also, way more than chicken so it's hard to get a good clean bite without resistance. Which is why I pull it, chop it and make turkey salad. I'll put it in fridge overnight then put it on some saltines tomorrow while I'm doing ribs. Or make a sandwich.
