Against UT and won. I guess they must just be really lucky?

It didn't help that UT already lost several more players including Kamara and a few DBs. Oh and to your point, yes UGA sucks this year.

Point is valid, but this thread will not go well for you.

Their starting Center was a transfer from Wake Forest.

SC played well, was a fun game to watch. I think it is difficult to compare their result vs Tennessee to ours though. Vols have a lot more injuries now. Also motivation is huge in college football and you could tell UT was not as focused and had much less to play for. Matters when you play an opponent.

Not attempting to compare like opponents. I'm just saying they must really be lucky.

Having three all sec caliber players out for UT helped a little.

Lucky as in UT went for a out of range FG rather than a hail mary or lucky because UT had so many players out or what?

I enjoy how unpredictable college football can be. You never know. SC really played well.

That's part of them being lucky I guess.

True. This Vols team reminds me of our 2013 where injuries wrecked our season.

USC had almost an entirely new starting roster vs last year... Yet, they managed to field a functioning team. Must be luck.

South Carolina was 1 of the very few opponents this year that made our offensive line look physical.

Must be luck.

Did they start a true freshman qb? A first year head coach? A OC over 400 lbs? A LT that transferred from Rhode Island? Have a starting RG convert over the summer from DT?

I"ll be waiting until you can say yes to all of those.

How bout starting 3 freshman on the OL,a transfer from Fordham at LT a RS freshman @ QB ( before suspension) a first year HC and then WINNING the SECe?

Not sure what a 400lb OC has much to do with anything.

They started a QB in his first SEC start who is supposed to be a SR in HS.

They have a first year HC

They have a Center that transferred from Wake Forest.

The entire Oline were non starters last year including a Tackle that moved from 3rd string Guard.
