No clearer example than our 2013 class.We signed over 30 guys because are total numbers were unbelievably low in '12 and absolutely needed that class to pan out and it turned out to be a disaster.Suspensions,transfers and injuries kilied us.
We've actually done pretty well with our last 3 classes...quality wise and attrition wise.Our best 3 year run in quite some time.

I get the analogy. But in the interests of reality, I've actually owned a one legged duck, sir. And it does not swim in circles. In fact, it paddles with it's one foot and then uses same foot as a rudder to swim as it wills.
