Plan is to do a prime rib, cut from ribs 9-12 slow and low on the Weber. 225 for most of the day while catching the juices below. Going with my reverse seat at the end for 8 mins on each side, cooked to a rare plus. However, we are expecting our 2nd baby any time now, so that might put a damper in my golf, grill, pool Memorial Day.

Wine of choice is 2012 Silver Oak Cabernet

You should make some au jus and get some of that thick bread that's hard to chew until dipped in the au jus. This way if you have to bolt for the hospital you can bring French dip sandwiches instead of having to eat cheese-its and m&ms from the gift shop.

Also, as one of theprizes maybe the winner of RibOff2 gets to name your kid. Are you cool with that?

Just grilling some steak. Probably will have some potatoes and a green salad with either some kind of McSnoot beer or McSnoot wine. Not sure yet. Pretty standard stuff.

Because I have an important medical exam next week, the only thing I can grill this weekend is chicken breast. I haven't decided on style, maybe blackened and do sandwiches, maybe southwest style with some mesquite smoke and do tacos, not sure yet.

Doing boneless ribs (which are actually a cut off of the pork shoulder) dry rubbed, using indirect heat, hickory lump and apple wood chips on the Weber kettle. Standard sides and apps, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob and BBQ bread. Copious amounts of beer, music and margaritas...

Country ribs, right? That gives me an idea for my entry in RibOff2 though. Game over. Trophy's mine. Sorry chumps. Also, what is BBQ bread?

Are you getting a colonoscopy? Live blog that shite on the GSB. I heard there's a room they put you in afterwards where everyone rips giant farts for ten minutes because the probe thing does something to make that happen.

I'm telepathic about these kinds of things.

Medium rare, butter but no sour cream on the potato, balsamic vinegar dressing on the salad, and probably Merlot, right?

Probably go with a lemon vinaigrette but pretty close otherwise.
