Kirby needs to drop the hammer on the team pregame and send them out rabid.

We need to be up by 45 at half and clear the bench.

If Chaney's shitte don't work here, it don't work against air.

I think even if our offense doesn't dominate, our defense is good enough to make this a blowout. however if we cant run against Samford, then we know our offense isn't much better then last years. Our WRs should also be able to dominate Samford's secondary.

inexcusable imo.

We should smash them on the ground and through the air. This is game 3, the Oline should be beginning to take shape. No reason for Chubb et all to get hit behind the line of scrimmage. We should be able to run at will.

If not I Will continue to worry about Offensive progress and Chaney.

I don't think they're any worse than Nicholls State, so it's definitely in our wheelhouse.

I think this is the game where Chaney finally gets it together. I expect the offense to struggle a bit early and then really pick it up. Defense should be lights out the entire game.

This will be a good chance for Fromm to live up to his hype. So far, he hasn't looked much better than Eason did last year.

I expect total domination from whistle to whistle.

this is pretty stale IMO. The team in week 2 of last year barely even resembles the team in week 3 of this year. We are much better top to bottom in just about all phases of the game right now than we were week 2 of last year.

I agree that we're better, but we don't always see the team at their best. I thought they were pretty impressive against UNC right before laying that turd. I'd also say we were better than that shite show in Jacksonville last year portrayed us.

I get the sentiment, just don't necessarily agree with it I guess. We simply weren't a good team last year, and only showed brief flashes.

After thinking about it, we are better across the board at every single position right now compared to week 2 of last year, with the exception of possibly 1 CB spot (would prefer parish over davis) and 1 WR spot (mckenzie). Our defense and speical teams are miles ahead of this time a year ago.

Samford is supposedly a pretty good 1AA team, but they've beaten kennesaw state by 5 and wesleyan by 8 this year. There is no reason whatsoever that UGA fans shouldn't be confident in a major, non-struggling win.

Fromm's fire baptism at SB was a success. Now he can settle in at home. I look for him to have the best QB game we've had in awhile. Chaney will open up the playbook a little more for him in prep for the upcoming SEC games.

Our D is very, very good. Stamford cannot come close to our speed.

Dawgs 41-10 (Samford scores late TD)

Sure as hell hope not. Fromm needs to stay in the entire game and not let ramsey give the other team points again.

It's Al Swearengen from Deadwood(HBO Series).

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. Beyond last year, we have a recent history of struggling/losing against less talented teams. Hopefully, that is changing. It's hard to get over the PTSD.

Why would you want to leave him in? Assuming the game is in hand, there's an increased risk that an injury could occur in a meaningless game. If that happens then Ramsey is starting against Miss State...

Also, I understand an injury could happen at any time, we are literally one disastrous play away from Ramsey running the offense which is absolutely nightmarish. I'd rather have Stetson Bennett give it a shot than Ramsey and that's just sad for Ramsey.

what does he have to gain by playing 4 quarters against samford opposed to 2.5? If we're up by 30 and fromm gets hurt in the 4th quarter people would be cussing smart until the day he leaves.

I like having Samford right after the Notre Dame game. That game was so emotional that a lull is almost guaranteed, so having a Samford to ride out that lull is convenient. I'd be concerned if we were playing Vanderbilt or Missouri this week.

Just be ready for Mississippi State, and I honestly don't care if we struggle early against Samford.
