But with each passing day I feel less and less good about an arkansas reinstatement. I think we (naturally) all get so caught up anytime there's any bit of news or press and assume the best. But reality is we're probably looking at 2, I guess. I don't know.

The bitch of the whole thing is that, if he gets 2, it will likely be because of some time delay or some such bullshite.

Good chance Richt wouldn't tell us if he's been reinstated. He may not want to give Arky the satisfaction of knowing what our backfield will look like.

well that's what people keep repeating. But I'm not sure if the small handful of people who actually reported UGA's findings to the NCAA are tweeting or posting on message boards so it's kinda just hearsay.

that's true as well. As much as Richt/UGA want to have everyone weeping for joy and patting them on the back, when you get down to it it's their JOB to win football games so they may want to keep arkansas guessing until Saturday afternoon.

I'm beginning to worry that the Winston news and the second guy lawyering up has delayed Gurley's reinstatement. Not going to get my hopes up for seeing #3 on the field this Saturday.

I'm optimistic that we'll see Gurley back on the field sooner than later, but I'm not going to get my hopes up until I see him take his first carry.

If Gurley was re-instated, I definitely don't think UGA would be able to keep it secret until Saturday (well Friday really, when the team gets on the plane).
And do we know that the other guy just now lawyered up or is it just now known about? I would imagine once he saw the stuff go public and heard about the video in the car, he probably started get antsy and once his buddy got representation, he probably did the same. And the mention that UGA went to visit someone 3 hours away last week would fit with him as well.
