Tyler we have talked about Fromm on TOS a bunch. It's trendy to compare him to AM11 but it's true. I think Fromm has an advanced understanding of the defenses for a HS kid. I honestly think he could play. If he gets some mop up duty and if Eason gets dinged for a game or two, Fromm may not relinquish the spot.

Hines Ward was too small.

A superbowl MVP later, they all eat a dick.

Ward was 6' 205
McKenzie is 5'8 165

There might be a little difference

Being the big fat frick that you are, can we assume you've appropriately powdered your creases today?

Eason needs to work on his timing, period. For a guy that started virtually the whole year, he has no idea how to anticipate where his receivers are going to be.

If Fromm develops that rapport as an EE, we may have ourselves a QB battle

Y'know, I suggested this earlier in the season and was catching Hell for it. Am I to assume more people are beginning to think this is possible?

Nothing against Fromm, I think he has all the upside in the world, but we're probably going to be in for another long season if we have to rely on a true freshman quarterback again.

I'm fully expecting Eason major strides in the offseason; I think that's a must if we are seriously going to compete for the SEC East/NY6 bowl. Best case scenario is that Fromm doesn't see the field next year and redshirts.

I also have a Hines Ward action figure. IMac will need to work hard to achieve such a status.

Murray sat his first year. And even when he started playing as a red shirt freshman, a vocal minority was making the hypothetical of how much better we could be with Mett.

Murray was a warrior, but people forget the real struggles.

Fwiw, we always spend too much time talking about the QB. When the run game is on, we will be good. When it is off, we wont. I worry more about the offensive line than I do the QB position next season.

Sanders returning along with Aaron Davis, this looks to be the most complete defense we have had in years going in to 2017.

So who are we actually losing? I know some guys but I'm sure I'm forgetting a player or two.

I think our Dline will be NASTY next year and w/ our RBs coming back, we could have a good year. We just need the JUCO OT and someone else (I Wilson) to step up at OT. God if we can get someone to play better than Catalina at LT we may be alright. But our season will come down to how well our Oline plays and the next step Eason takes. If one of those ends up being great, then the other may not matter.

So is there any way for the McKenzie situation work out so he could come back? I hope somehow he can, but if not he just needs to gain some weight. As others mentioned, I think he can find his niche in the NFL but he really needs to get his weight up, which I'm sure he probably will.

With slightly above average O-line play, I think we are a 10 win team next year.

That is actually a large jump in improvement, though.

It doesn't mean that we won't get there. But we are a ways off and replacing 2 tackles and a center.

Completely agree, but I think it is feasible. Hopefully with another full offseason with Pittman, we can find the right lineup and get things the way they need to be.

Consistency with the system and potentially more size gives me hope.

But when it comes to the OL, I take a "show-me" attitude. It is so hard to predict on a year over year basis (most years we are predicted good... we werent. And most years we had a lot of turnover, we were good with an exception to the 2016 season)
