Gas is better than electric for sure but, Bobby Flay can't beat me and my wash pot weber when it comes to grilling steaks if he's stuck with a pan and an oven.
If he did I wouldn't bitch too much as he's pretty incredible.
Anywho the Orion churned out some pretty amazing wings yesterday 50 perfect falling off the bone hickory smoked in about 1 hour...
