Most experts believe and rightly so, Eason is clearly the 1 and it's isn't a comparison.

I don't think you have ever attempted to logically or factually argue against any of my points made against your sillinesss. That says a lot.

Name one Georgia QB slower and less coordinated than Eason. Jacob seems mentally and physically slow.

I sure as hell hope that I'm wrong.

Very similar to Greene in foot speed and coordination. Also clutch like Greene. Also throws ints on the lower side like him. A dumbass would throw many more ints. It's a shame Greene had that awful ol in 2003 and a shame Eason will once again have a crap ol.

I'm not a fan of passive aggressive internet chatter. It's mindless and boring, so I try to avoid it when I see it.

Not a fan of any posts that don't factually prove your opinions to be correct? No shot.

I didn't see the game, so that's great to hear! I think most on here agree that the talent is there. It's a matter of confidence, and working out some mechanical issues. It isn't as easy as many think. Habits can be very difficult to break. Sounds like the coaches have a handle on what needs to be worked on and are doing it. Straighten one thing out, then move on to the next.

Eason scares me. He stares down the first receiver like he's a topless SI model. Honest to god I don't think he knows there is more than one receiver on the field.

He does tend to lock on to a receiver, but that isn't unusual for a freshman QB. As the game slows down for them, they typically get out of that habit. Sometimes they don't, though, so it is not a given.

I'm wondering if Kirby didn't miscalculate by playing 1's vs 1's in the spring game, mainly for recruiting reasons. He made Eason play under pressure like a real game and the result looked a lot like last season. Meanwhile other teams came out of their spring game with optimism for improvement. Spring game performance isn't necessarily a good metric for what will actually happen, but it does affect perceptions.

Some coaches use the spring game as a strictly PR event to make the quarterback look good, which seems to get media, fans and recruits more excited than a defensive slugfest. It's easier to keep a commit who bought the hype than to flip one after the season starts, IMO.
