They are building a building on campus right now called the science learning center. That's why he refered to the SLC as the MLC.

The drunk obnoxious fans are the reason I'm reluctant to bring my 11 year old to the game.

In North Korea, if you don't stand and salute the flag during the anthem, they throw you in jail and bring your grandmother in to be tortured while you're forced to watch. Then kill both of you.

We should do that shite.Respect that flag mf'ers. Merica!!!

Idiots.

Hey, they gotta see it sometime or other. Baptism by fire.

I never have understood the whole need to change with kids in attendance. Granted I was raised with absolutely no filter but basically if someone made an arse of themselves a parent would just say "yea, don't be like that guy"

People should absolutely respect the flag and the anthem. I would have done the same thing.

the state...and their crazy arse midget leader do those things...I don't advocate our government forcing people to respect the flag...just other citizens...basically through peer pressure...what's wrong with that?...persuading another individual to think how you think by making a statement...isn't that a 1st amendment right?...that doesn't have anything to do with how North Korea conducts themselves...its quite the contrary imho...

I was being sarcastic.

I don't stand up for the anthem. Unless I think it might make the people I happen to be with uncomfortable. And then I stand and just try not to vomit.

I bought a ticket to watch a football game. Not stand up during a song to worship the red white and blue idol of the federal government with a bunch of militant commie nationalists.

If your boys said you went too far, then you probably did.

If your "circle" includes wives or girlfriends, then you were probably fine and they were just embarrassed.

What does a pic of some smelly Phish fan that is most likely a raging socialist have to do with anything?

She worships the same "god" that Hineseville and SthGadog do.

You stand with your hand over your heart and sing songs to a piece of cloth. Worse, you demand that others do it. Or else you'll get in their face.

Because you're a true-believer. One of the righteous. And you hold those that don't believe or who don't respect your ceremonies in contempt as if they are wicked.

Sure sounds like you're worshipping a "god" to me.

Go frick yourself. I had a feeling you would show up in this thread. Once again, reading comprehension is your downfall. It is a respect issue. I said nothing about having your hand on your heart or singing. Just stand.

But I know it goes againt your "schtick" so go post another picture montage and repeat the same shite like "onward", "smoke em if you got em", or "Squattenheimer" over and fricking over again.

I never said demand...I said I would exercise my first amendment right to tell them they are fricked up for not doing so...

imho, you are the troll of trolls...either that or you have a fricked up world view...you are proud to be from Georgia, as am I...because of its history and because it is where you are from...its in your heart and your soul....I respect the stars and stripes for the same reason..it reminds me of home...and I think about that when I salute it...the reason I asked if you've served....(and you didn't answer)...is because even though this place may not be perfect..it is home...and I remember seeing that flag flying when I was deployed...and it was a symbol of home...and always will be...

plus....lots of people have died for that flag...for right and wrong reasons...but they did die...and it is also for those that I pay respect...to not do so...imo...is to piss on their graves...so do what you want when the anthem is played and the flag saluted...but I will reserve the right to call you out for disrespecting it

Obviously I wasn't there so I can't comment on the specifics, but it seems inappropriate to intentionally block the path of someone who is simply moving by during the national anthem. Especially when you don't know a thing about them or why them might be in a hurry.

Again, I wasn't there, but the visual I got from Hinesville's description sounded like self-righteous busybody meddling, and frankly a pretty childish way to make your point. If this was that important to you wouldn't it have made more sense to respectfully ask him to stop rather than to block a grown man's path?

It was a student. Probably drunk. Easy prey.

Would Team America also block a 70 year-old grandma, or some dude the size of Leonard Floyd with a face tattoo..... if they were doing what the student was doing?

How far are they willing to go with their demands for "respect" of the sacred ritual?
