You should be loud and obnoxious, within reason. If you are saying things that you wouldn't with your Mom and little sister around then you are taking it too far.

First post... Grill me.

Agree. The only guys I ever saw wear jerseys were the douche frat guys. Give that jersey to your mom ASAP.

It depends but in the SEC only Gators or Mizzou fans wear jerseys.

That's cause they're the only Yankees in the conference...

pretty much this

if 'everyone" is wearing jerseys now, we've lost the war and the Yankees have officially infiltrated our beloved University.

Sad times

Just wait til we win the title this year. Yankees are invading Athens like never before, but when we get that natty it's going to be even worse.

Same shite happened to me last year at the mizzou game. My dad and brother started telling me to shut up and settle down, when I finally did I noticed acouple thousand tiger fans glaring at me. So you gotta feel out the situation, I imagine in Athens you do as you please just watch for the cops glaring at you!

I was down at Crooked River training last week. St. Mary's isn't really for me

It's a nice place though

Camped out with my son and his scout troop at Camp Tolochee this past weekend. I've never worried about malaria before.

I ate at the Applebees in Kingsland last Tuesday with some people I trained with. And, gulp, Little Caesars.

Not much going on, that's for sure.

Fan Etiquette by DirtyDawg

Speaking of fan etiquette, my seat is on the end of the row. During the national anthem this kid from the student section comes bounding up the stairs. I step in front of him and won't let him pass. It of course pissed him off and we had to be separated. My wife was pissed about my actions but the other people around me thanked me.

TL;DR I don't care if you are in college, show some damn respect for the national anthem.

I wouldn't have been doing what that kid was, but it's not your job to be the patriotism police toward people you don't know IMO.

I didn't run the guy down. He just wasn't going to walk by me during that. It's not even about patriotism. It's about respect. If we were playing a Canadian team and it was during the Canadian national anthem, I would have done the same thing.
