Trent Thompson, Mo Smith, Sony Michel, pre-injury Nick Chubb. Kind of a short list.

Eventually a lot of Freshmen would. Nauta, Eason, Hardman, Cleveland, Rochester, Clark, Marshall, Carter, and Ridley are all guys that would/could start for Bama at some point in their careers.

Don't think Eason would, Hurts is a better fit for their system and a better overall college player.

2016 Chubb doesn't start at Bama.

Pre-Knoxville 2015 Chubb does.

Since nobody is going to fill you in on the big secret, Smith in our secondary was Bama's starting nickel before he transferred here.

Didn't think he was a starter. Thought that's why he transferred for more playing time. My bad.

Eason behind Bama's line would be a monster. I've watched Hurts have multiple 10 Mississippi counts. Eason has 0 of those.

Kublanow would not start for Bama. Their OL is expected to blow people off the line and before the QB/RB exchange can happen, Kublanow is already 3 yards deep in his own backfield.

I mean, other than being a 4 star Center out of HS, multi year starter, a Rimington watch list, All Sec, and anticipated NFL draft.... he totally sucks!!!!

Meanwhile, Bamas guy was recruited as a Tackle and then moved to 2nd string guard last year, and fell into the center job this year when they moved the guy who was expected starting to Guard... he may end up being great, but these are the facts....

Kublanow has spent this whole season getting walked into the backfield. He isn't going to be drafted. He's undersized (a non-starter at Bama), and his reputation far exceeds his play on the field.

I dunno why you keep trying. Without the no talent narrative, no one can blame Richt. I dunno if you've heard but that's like....the thing right now.

Both of the staffs deserve blame. Richt didn't do us any favors with his roster management over the past few years, and Kirby has cost us a couple of games. The difference is that one had been a head coach for 15 years, while the other had been a head coach for 7 games. One who has been around for a while will always be judged more harshly than a rookie.
