I like the hire. Strong coaching pedigree in the family, tons of pro experience, has experience as a college QB as well as being a QB coach.

I've got a feeling that a part of why he's hung around so long in the NFL with mediocre results has been his last name. To his credit, the defenses in his division the past three years have been downright dirty. Not thrilled, but the OC pool this year wasn't exactly stacked
