If he were the one giving the CB I would say yes. But he has no control over what some supposed expert does. Could be a LSU guy started talking and said LSU was going to do "whatever it takes" to get him, so the reporter put the CB in for LSU. Just because a writer or "expert" says something about a kid, doesn't necessarily mean the kid feels that way.

I honestly didn't know who it was...but my point is, I don't think I would hang a bad reputation on a kid based upon an adult giving him a crystal ball somewhere.
The adults are making guesses (Yes, they might be educated). They are guesses, nothing more, no matter how educated they might be. Crystal balls are wrong all the time. They are an indicator of what someone THINKS they might know. Let's not say the kid is a prima donna or scattered based on somebody elses guesses. If he commits to 3-4 schools and decommits....yes. Then you can have at it.

I'll admit the flip flopping gets a little annoying but I agree, they are just kids so it's hard to get angry with them for being wishy washy with the biggest decision of their life.

Yeah just saw that on there 247 page. Also looks like Alabama is tied with us at the top for Mark Webb.

First off, thanks for giving me access to the board. 
BOL did a recruiting chat today and Webb was mentioned as being someone Alabama would take, but not until Jerry Jeudy, Devonta Smith, Henry Ruggs and Jeff Thomas make their decisions.

I've seen a few bad reports on Webb. I don't believe he's explicitly stated that Bama is in the lead or tied for it, just that they moved up a lot for him.
Unless those guys are all making a decision (at least initially) in the next month, he might not be in the cards for you? Pretty sure Webb/Swift have mentioned a few times about making a decision end of August or first week of September.
Ultimately, I wouldn't count anyone out as this stuff is so fluid, but would say we still seem to have a good shot for now. Season can't get here fast enough though...

Yeah, I'm not sure many people understand how good Webb actually is. Swift is a hell of a talent obviously as the #1 APB, but Webb is our highest rated target at receiver that we have a real shot at other than *maybe* Nico Collins.
TS - Based on your comments earlier, is Collins likely *not* a take for Bama? I'm thinking he's a Michigan lean, but I'll believe that shite when I see the ink on paper.

Jeudy is announcing tomorrow night. Stevens is announcing on August 15th. Ruggs was supposed to announce on August 2nd but pushed it back to an undetermined later date.
The only one of the four with no decision on tap is Thomas, who has serious grade issues. The BOL mods say we will make room for him if the grades improve.
