Grant Delphit mentioned A&M as a destination for an OV later this season according to 247.

Apparently Ondario wants to commit here but says his dad won't sign his letter of intent as he wants Ondario to go to tu. I guess Ondario is going to take a couple of weeks so he can convince his dad but he may just say screw it and commit here anyway and force his dad to sign his letter of intent.
Looks like DE Lagarryon Carson (tra's younger bro, UT commit, #8 recruit in TX) is having eligibility/personal conduct issues, suspended from his HS team and might not be in shape qualify academically.
Could affect our chances with Ondario, if Texas begins to show him more love and he bows to his parents' wishes.

Carson has always had these issues, which is why the staff stopped recruiting the kid. Sips thought they could figure out a way to get him qualified.

This week's edition of the "Sumlin Show" can be found on 12th man.com or on bleacher report. It gives you a lot of insight into how this coaching staff recruits and the issues of recruiting Texas while in the SEC.
Some posters here might take it as "spin", but if you open your mind it is at a minimum really informative.

247 released a short video suggesting Blake Barmett chose to xfer in the middle of the season BC there is a way the he could be eligible to play on a four year school's roster in 2017. Interesting wrinkle in the rules that could impact future transfer activity

Funny how Bama isn't taking any of the scrutiny for 4 QBs leaving the program since 2014 or 8 transfers so far this year.

Are you really not smart enough to see the difference between backups transferring and starters transferring?

Ondario just gave a big middle finger to his dad and committed to the good guys!

You can't have multiple starters transfer. That doesn't even make any common sense.
ESPN's "Championship Drive" podcast discussed Saban throwing Barnett under the bus for transferring as hypocritical. Saban's quit on multiple teams and has relied on transfers while at Alabama.
Barnett was the starter for the USC game this year. ESPN also alluded to the fact that Barnett was told that he would have multiple opportunities to start and compete.

The first string quarterback transferred and the the guy that replaces him transferred too. That could be considered multiple starters.
Yes, Saban's comments were hypocritical. Yes Bama has had an alarming amount of transfers, but the media will give Bama the benefit of the doubt because they've earned it the past 5 years.
It's game day guys lets not get running in circles over Bama drama

I understand why more was made of Allen/Murray transferring than Barnett and others. It's not uncommon for a backup or a guy who loses their job to transfer (we've benefited quite a bit from this). But Allen/Murray didn't get beat out by Hubanek, they left for other reasons. Add into the mix another late season collapse, and the drama writes itself for columnists looking for a story.
I DO think in recruiting we should be contrasting how Bama goes through talent like kleenex, whereas we can say we will stick with players, give them time to develop, and coach them up.
