If we lose to UK, Mizz or VU then we need to clean house offensively. But I don't believe firing Butch will help anything. I do think Debord needs to go and we need to hire a dedicated QB coach. Mahoney is on the hot seat as well.

Mahoney's contract wasn't renewed. He's been gone longer than anyone realizes. Debo gets blamed for a lot but I think he's ok -- neither great nor awful and has the distinction of beating UF and calling some great games alongside calling some clunkers. OL has been the biggest issue on O along with Dobbs just being the streaky arse player that he is.
On D, secondary has been bad for 2 years running and I'd like to see a change there but trust Shoop to make the call there. If he think Martinez can get it together then I'm ok with that but I'm not happy at all with them over the past 2 seasons.
WRs have gotten better this season so I don't know what that means for Z. I do know CBJ worked with them this offseason/season so who the hell knows. Z may still suck donkey balls as a WR coach. Regardless I'm glad they're looking better there.

I know it's not just one guy and many people are to be held responsible. But we've both lost to the perennially worst teams in our respective divisions after showing that we can compete on a high level based on talent. i was officially done with Sumlin after the team quit against bama in '13. A good coachs team never quits.
Butch IMHO, just seems to be lost and confused sometimes. It's almost as if he feels he doesn't belong. I can't explain it, but his body language and attitude doesn't convey to me that he's big enough for the job.
And how do y'all not have a dedicated QB coach? I thought that was a given at every program?

All you'll get here is people agreeing with you without much of anything behind why or what's wrong with either. No sense talking deep or analyzing things when it just results in insults and false labels.

After 4 years, he still remains too stubborn, he works very hard, and I appreciate that, but his unwillingness to adapt will be his undoing.

EDIT: As far as the latter half of your statement, any faction that counts among its members a reactionary asshat that makes assumptions and repeats said assumptions without factual basis is nothing to brag about.
