Lol. The SEC was a middling conference when UGA won their titles. The Big 12 was much stronger. fricking Houston Nutt led Arky was repping the west in the title game back then

Mcneil was great however he couldnt bring the title home, did he ever beat VY either? I disagree with choctaw about the East Texas thing and honestly I'd rather cherry pick Htown and Dtown then East Texas. My whole thing here was about the Aggie fan saying A&M takes NOLA when that couldn't be further from true. Now if they clean up at WE this season they'll definitely solidify as a out of state presence in NOLA
