Hearing from insiders that Caleb Downs could hit the portal - and, if he does, might be Athens bound.
If that happens, then we have already seen our first unforced error by new Bama HC Kalen DeBoer not nailing down and prioritizing T-Rob being retained.
Caleb Downs is the best player on Bama’s roster.

Yes they are a player and insider I folllow thought they would be favored as Caleb’s dad was sour on UGA - However apparently lotta chatter now inside that it’s UGA.
Who knows? Wild Wild West in player acquisition these days.
Hard to beat UGA right now with their defensive staff - and especially in secondary.

You could absolutely be right. There has been some chatter in the back channels, though.
I tend to be a bit more negative and think it would be OSU over us, but there is some chatter out there.

Yeah the more Saban hangs around, the worse it will be for DeBouer. Surely to God, Saban, of all people, would know this.
