Sorry, just assumed you were watching on an iPhone.
And is your phone connected to the same network your TV is on? You could try resetting your network (Router) and disconnecting/reconnecting your smart TV back to the network. ...

All you can really do is log out/back in or delete and redownload
Could also try a network reset on your phone. Keep in mind this will wipe all saved networks (Home Wi-Fi, work etc. You'll have to log back in to those)
