specifically speedy for a&m

Oh, by "they," you mean, "he." You are claiming that Speedy is not really interested in A&M - he's just trying to screw with us.

Well, he's doing a good job, since he's convinced even a bunch of LSU sources.

If some of those don't commit to LSU, will you come back to this thread and admit that you didn't know what the hell you were talking about?

You are not getting the sixth, so which one don't you think you will get? You seem to laugh at Brown, LF, and Speedy.

LF is an LSU lock and I'll bet dollars against donuts on it.

Brown interests me. Wouldn't be shocked to lose him.

We'd love to have him, but expect nothing. He would be a star with us.

We are hearing he wants to play in a wide open offense and catch a lot of balls.

Word today from the A&M side is getting more and more optimistic, for A&M. I've gone from expecting nothing to being cautiously optimistic.

Has this been posted? It's from this morning:

quote:

Speedy Noil

Karr wide receiver Devante "Speedy" Noil has stolen the spotlight both on and off the field this week. The dynamic prospect is in a heated battle between LSU, Texas A&M and Florida with the Aggies and Tigers figuring to be the two most likely destinations.

Prediction: Texas A&M

As the week progressed, more and more information has become available from sources as to the direction in which he may be leaning. Getting a read on Noil has always been difficult, but with his decision nearing, the level of angst in his circle has raised significantly. Texas A&M staffers are speaking of a verbal commitment given on Tuesday while LSU sources grow less confident by the minute. It's no secret that Noil's family is trying to keep him home, but it seems like the more they push him, the more he is digging in with his stance on the Aggies. I would give the Tigers about a 20% chance to land him at this point and with him set to enroll within two weeks, they likely won't be able to flip him, either.

I have a feeling that this verbal isn't going to mean much at all.

This battle is coming coming down to when pen strikes paper.

In other words, I have no clue.
