There is a reason Philips committed to OU in the first place. Bama passed on him in the summer, when they could have gotten his commitment. A good player, but there is a reason Bama said no thanks.

Subjective. Who did you get better than Landon Collins? Who did you get better than Cam Robinson?
If you're comparing Phillips (an ILB) to Moses (an OLB) then you are comparing apples and oranges (and neither has played a down yet, so we really don't know who will be better, but we do know that every site that ranks players has Moses ranked higher overall than they do Phillips).

I wouldn't say that. Moses is rated higher than Phillips.
