Yea of course we would've liked to have him, but having 2 other Army AA committed at linebacker makes it not so bad.
Obviously dragging his decision out and keeping us from recruiting another LB pissed OU guys off more than actually losing him.

The signs were all there. Not his fault your guys think it's still the mid 2000's and everyone is enamored with OU.

Article said Phillips wanted to Flip Sunday, but Stoops talked him into delaying it and taking the week to think about it.

The are trying (and failing) to get Taylor, who now looks like a strong LSU lean.

it's a lot easier to recruit guys when you literally have no depth at a position
