Well then that settles it. Can't think of one time two high school kids said they wanted to play together at the next level and then didn't end up doing just that.

Well UGA did nab Gurley from Clemson a few yrs back so good for them if they bag White, UGA has always recruited the RB position very well so i'm pretty sure the dawgs will bring in a top notch RB for the '18 class.

Yeah if you're graduating from HS in December then there's not point to wait until June to go to college.

IF you really want to go to a school, you wait it out and take some college classes at home. Either we encouraged him to not wait, or he wasn't in love with UGA.

Or maybe he wasn't a fan of Kirby talking him out of an OV to another school, showing loyalty for his entire recruitment, only for uga to break its promise to him two weeks before move in. All for the possibility of landing someone else.

You tell me. Did Kirby talk him out of an OV to Texas? Did Kirby promise him an EE spot? Is Gibbs getting Carter's EE spot?

I know it does. Michael Carvell is just simply hot garbage. And that Jeff dude isn't much better.

I dont question Georgia when it comes to RB recruiting. Nor would I question Dell McGee as well connected as he seems to be, well every where. I was bored at my desk because I am stuck in the office. Not sure why I chose to troll the school I am a season ticket holder for. But I forget most of the Dawg posters on this site now dont remember me.

Did UGA know all 4 juniors were coming back when we talked him out of an OV to Texas? Doubtful.

I'd say Gibbs is getting the final EE spot, he's more of a priority.

Sounds like it

No idea. Maybe. Maybe not.

We also didn't expect to have Chubb and Michel back so things have changed. It's an unfortunate situation that no one wants to be in. Luckily everyone is going to be fine and Carter will be able to have his pick of where he wants to go.

Texas HS Coaches don't take kindly to their players getting screwed around.

No excuses accepted.

This will impact future UGA recruiting in Texas.

Just like dropping another player cost MSU the Hines commitment

We take a couple recruits every few cycles from Texas. So that's not a huge deal on our end.

Guess we're screwed going forward and the Aggies will get all of the recruits.

The last recruit UGA landed from Texas before Carter was Stafford, the whole situation sucks especially for the kid but nobody expected Chubb and Michel to return.

Except uga didn't drop carter. He chose to not accept the uga offer of arriving in June.
