Congrats on the pick-up. He has a good blend of size and speed.
Yea i love the way he looks in his highlights. They are highlights so im guessing there is something in his game he needs to work on before being a starter but seems to have all the measurables to develop. These are the types you need to go along with the blue chips if you want to win championships. Excited for this pick up.

Given that we have had 5 5* CBs in the last 3 classes (Brown and Hump in the 2014 class, Minkah and Sheffield in this incoming class and Shyheim Carter committed), with an excellent safety class lead by what everyone inside the program is calling the best looking safety prospect in the Saban era (amazing since we've had Rashad Johnson, Mark Barron, Haha Clinton-Dix, and Landon Collins back there) in Ronnie Harrison, I'd say there's a very long line to play DB at Bama. Both schools recruit at a ridiculous level at the DB position. The evaluations aren't always the same, though.

I appreciate the work he does, he has done a great job getting kids to camps. I just don't like the way he has influenced this situation.
I'll be saying Roll Tide Roll for the next few years! I am going to support Shyheim!

Truth. Sounds like Perry may grow into an OLB, though.

Congrats, he is a good player. Kind of surprised Bama would accept his commitment this early, but Saban and Kirby are obviously more qualified to make that decision than me

However, given that since 2010 (first year Saban's Bama recruits would be draft eligible) Bama has had 5 DBs selected in the 1st round and LSU has had 3
How many of those 5 were low ranked recruits?

Can't recall what round they were drafted in, but Rashad Johnson was a walk-on that's turned into a very good NFL player. Robert Lester was given a Bama bump to a 4* right before signing day. Was a relative unknown that most people thought was a package deal to get Julio in 2008. Has turned into a good NFL player. Kareem Jackson was a 3* DB that became a 1st rounder. There have been a few.

Don't like that type of shite no matter if it helps or hurts Bama. Always some shady shite going on with these people who aren't even directly involved in the program.

All those 5 Star DBs and Saban takes a 3 Star in May?

Just another kid LSU didn't want but will end up trying to get later in the year.

Well time to get a mob together. No need for any of that crap to go on. Wether he provided cash or not, his motives are completely different than having the kid's best interests in heart. If motivated by hate, you cloud your judgement.

Be honest, if LSU got a 3* DB out of AL. would you give a shite?

THis. I hope everyone stops biting at the trolls.
He is a great player that was very high on LSU's list a year ago.

funny coming from you
I'm sure if I brought up Neiko Thorpe being a good NFL player no one would dispute that, right?
