Richt as a scheme guy? Definitely.

Richt as an actual coach? Eh. His passion really does seem to be helping guys mature and grow as students and men. I don't know how well that'd jibe in a cutthroat environment like the NFL where it's only about making $$$

How would Richt do well in the NFL? He couldn't win a Super Bowl with Tom Brady as his starting quarterback

Richt would be terrible in the NFL, imo. I just don't think he would get the respect from grown men that he gets from college players.

Saban already tried and failed.

Les Miles - Maybe but probably not. Too quirky and not a great gameday manager.

Richt - no clue

I think probably the most suitable for the NFL would be Sumlin. He'd need an NFL experienced and proven D-Coordinator. But mainly because he has the personality of an NFL coach. Lenient on drug tests, snakey personality. Charming personality but there's just something sketchy about him. Things like hiring Chavis under the table before the bowl game.

Saban, Bert and McElwain I guess.

NFL officials have too much control over when the ball is snapped for Gus to succeed, and Richt is too much of a pussy.

Bielema is too into discipline to be an nfl coach. He analyzes recruits based on their social media posts. He takes away driving privileges if a player gets a DUI/DWI. Takes away social media privileges.

That stuff doesn't fly in the nfl.
