Mark Richt's NFL track record and all of his National Championships speaks for itself and is soooo impressive...

Oh wait, nevermind...

Why are people putting Gus Malzahn in this discussion? He coaches a high school offense. The only guys the league right now that are pro are Saban, Richt, Miles, Spurrier, and Bielima. Spurrier is even questionable these days, I never saw Dylan Thompson under center.

The HBC is my favorite coach in college football, but Spurrier is NOT NFL material.

As much as I love Hugh, he would be terrible in the NFL. He's meant for 18 to 23-year-old kids, not grown arse men. I think Bert, Pink, and Sumlin.

Butch would never do NFL. He's like a football Bruce Pearl. Mostly about recruiting and being a corny promoter and being a good enough coach. Butch would get laughed out of an NFL locker room.

Bert is prob the answer. He has the schematic system and tends to get the most outnof his players. He also has the type of attitude that NFL coaches need.

People realize Saban QUIT the Dolphins right?

The reason they were so mad was because he had them improving and he bailed on him.

Bielema is too into discipline to be an nfl coach. He analyzes recruits based on their social media posts. He takes away driving privileges if a player gets a DUI/DWI. Takes away social media privileges.

That stuff doesn't fly in the nfl.

well, yeah, I don't think he'd do it to NFL players...

Les Miles is too crazy, Saban is too mean.

Bret might do well. Heavy run pro style and knows the game. I'd say he'd be a good option to replace Coughlin in New York actually.

Derek Mason has his list now, so he's probably second

Gus is about it.

And he is the only one an NFL team has made a run at recently when Cleveland reached out to gauge his interest a year and half ago.

I could see Bert doing well. At least he'd finally have some talent to work with since he wouldn't have to recruit

His wouldn't work in the NFL. His gimmicky spread offense wouldn't work in the sec, let alone the NFL.
