Yeah, just like one recruit can have a lot more offers than another guy, but the phases of their respective recruitment processes can be the exact same. The only wildcard is hype, which brings us back to the top.

True. I don't remember the football being too heavy for McFadden.

Williams was the better back last season. I was perplexed why the coaches didn't give him more carries.

Regardless, he had a much better spring than Collins. Coaches said he killed it in the weight room, adding lots of muscle and getting faster. Dude was already tough and plenty fast, but that little bit extra will make him the better bet IMO. He'll ramble off longer runs a lot more frequently than Collins just because of their speed difference.

Great recap...I would say you might consider Korliss Marshall if there is some KR role. No BS about his speed...He truly is an upper 4.3 guy and showed it many times last season in both returns and in his 17 carries as a true freshman.

I always kept yelling at Drew Morgan on TV while he was stopping KM from coming out 2 yards deep

someone drafted him 4 picks before me.

If I had known he would be the starter I would drafted him several rounds ago though. Definitely ahead of Mark Weisman and Kenneth Harper, though both should be 1000 yard backs.

Look for Leonard Fournette to play well too.

Of course, all of these choices are great- but having the blocking up front is going to play a role in what kind of seasons these guys have....

The Henry kid at Bama may indeed be one of the very best- but he's on the same team as Yeldon.

Terrence Magee had a similar situation last year playing behind Jeremy Hill, and Co. LSU's OL should be strong this year. It will be interesting to see how he responds as the "likely" (I think) starter VS Wisconsin....

So someone with less yards and 10 less touchdowns on a worse team who will have a worse OL blocking for him is better than TJ Yeldon? Interesting. Explain.
