I love Cam. I had no real opinion of him and then the whole "it's an ongoing investigation (smiles)" thing happened and I immediately loved him. He also appears to be a good dude and while cocky, he's still a team player. I don't know the last time I've seen a player get so jacked up about teammates' success. I'm not sure who to root for in two weeks but I love me some Cam.

Look at that championship season. I honestly believe that without Cam at Auburn the hogs win the West and SEC.

I think he's great. The reactions those kids have when he gives them the footballs is priceless.

It's all staged. Panthers PR plants those kids at strategic points in the end zones and tells Cam where said kids are beforehand

I like him as a ball player. I was incredibly impressed with how he stayed focused,led, and performed in 2010 in spite of all the off field drama.
Winning at Carolina is no small feat. And doing it the way he has this year was fun to watch.
He's an incredible talent who has won at everyplace he goes. That's not just luck and timing.
As a fun counterfactual, I'm glad he stole that computer. UF may have won the 2010 title. CUM may not have taken a break to focus on health and family and the course for Bama may have been different to this point.

I like the guy. I don't see any taunting or trying to belittle opponents in his celebrations - they just look like a guy celebrating to me.

CUM didn't kick him out. His theft charges were dropped. I thought he was facing a disciplinary review from the school when he left the team.

I honestly don't hate him. My only knock on. Him is the arrogance but I'm 41 so my generation tend to look down on show boating. I never was mad about the 2010 Iron Bowl that was on Bama and Saban giving up that big of a lead.

He is a convicted thief, he's the only player to be convicted of receiving a major payoff ($180k) to play at a school and not receive a major penalty, and worst of all - he played for Auburn.
