Well we're not exactly on trial here. Cleared is the operative word. But yeah, we're going to be cleared and what will happen is that all the haters will still continue to call us guilty claim they have inside sources who have proof that we paid off someone in the NCAA office, etc. Can't say that I blame them though, if it were anyone else most Auburn fans would be doing the same thing if roles were different.

You know I think between USC over the last few years and auburn over the last few weeks we have enough data to create a "stages of college football grief" chart, including the following phases:
-IT'S A CONSPIRACY!
-we have rumors that are just as good as your rumors!
-WHAT KIND OF DESPICABLE HUMAN BEING ACTUALLY WISHES FOR AN OPPOSING TEAM TO STRUGGLE? WHERE ARE WE AT AS A SOCIETY?
-numbly acknowledging that wrongdoings were committed, but insisting that sources in the know have confirmed that penalties will not be severe
-pretend to get philosophical about amateur athletics and question whether it can continue now that your team got in trouble
-HOW CAN THE NCAA DO THIS TO US? *other team* DIDN'T GET PENALIZED ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS! WHERE WAS DUE PROCESS?! LAWSUITS ARE GOING TO BE FILED OVER THIS, TRUST ME!
-HOW CAN YOU PUNISH THE PLAYERS ON THIS TEAM THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS?
-threats to withdraw from the ncaa and form your own league
-acceptance/jumping on another bandwagon

Do yall realize that the season is already nearly over. 3 cfb games at most left so in a way we ought to thank Auburn because guilty or not atleast the offseason will be interesting.
