Funny thing about all the haters here...
I hate bammer with all my beting...wish a plague on them...wish them nothing but losses...heartache and pain...
But I don't wish the NCAA sniffing around ANYBODY'S program, including Alabama. Too much potential for collateral damage no matter where they are. They're the only common enemy we share IMHO.

3 part question.
First, you mistake the fact that the NCAA does not have subpoena power for immunity. The FBI is doing part of the investigation. The NCAA cannot move this fast, although the stink is embarrassing.
I doubt you will be proved right. I suspect that it will be determined that Cam was not eligible, due to his dad's involvement in extortion. racketeering, its called.
He got business for his trucking company and donations to his church, and some but not all of it came from Aubie's ticket holders. By and by, it shall be revealed. To the disgust of sportsfans the nation over, it probably wont happen during this season.
And for that reason, Aubie will rise or fall on the playing field, not in the NCAA offices.
We, everyone outside the state of bama, are rooting for Bama to beat Auburn, and for Steve and USCe to beat Aubie, too.
Two losses, and no BCS game for you. Capitol One, vs one of the Big Ten co-champs, a tough game, just outside the spotlight.
But you may go to the BCS national champ game.
I suspect and we will all learn the truth in the fullness of time, that the punishment will exceed your worse fears, if Auburn wins the national champ game and it has to be vacated, no winner this year.
We shall see. You will get the glory and probably even one great class of recruits out of this, and then the hammer will fall.

Hey dick face. The reason auburn is 2nd all time in cheating with 7 major infractions and ranked only behind #1 smu is because when this type of shite goes down auburn is always guilty and history proves it. STFU

Yeah, just so I'm clear, my issue is not wit AU, but with the Newton's.
I do think that Cam will eventually be ruled ineligible, but I hope that AU had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, the team will have to bite the bullet.

People here...have been telling y'all why that's not likely to happen...it's usually met with everyone saying "y'all are delusional". There's plenty of things to read for those that want to know and can grasp what's being printed...as it stands now...it's not going to happen.

step back from this current moment. look at the picture.
you ARE fricked. Cam has shitty judgement and pretty much an "i don't care" character... and his dad DOES pimp him out to schools. the evidence collected may not be conclusive in a court of law, but there is no court of law that this will reach. it's called the NCAA.
the ONLY thing that matters is whether the NCAA believes y'all cheated or not. that's it. if they conclude you did, then you will pay.

that being said.. money tells the tale in the end on this matter. if it will hurt football/NCAA for Auburn to hurt here... then they may spin a story where there "wasn't enough evidence to condemn auburn"... if it's worse for them to have you get away with it, then you're in bad shape. i really think it's that simple.

BTW, have you heard the voice of Cam Newton actually say the words that you have in your sig line? You don't find that odd at all?

I'll say it again. From my point of view, what we've been spoonfed by the media isn't enough to make any sort of educated prediction one way or the other of what, if anything, will happen here.
I think a lot of the "DELUSIONAL!!" talk is aimed at Auburn fans who come on here and steadfastly maintain that nothing will happen.
That's no more written in stone than the conclusion that something will happen.
The big difference is that, if you take a step back and look at the situation objectively, it looks really bad. With all the smoke, it's easy to say that the hammer will fall, but honestly, it's no more accurate to say that at this point than to say it won't fall.
