Big 6 will likely always stay split 3/3.

The only problem I have with my own list is Florida. I think the divisions are very well balanced.

always... the only way to make it work is move UT to the west in exchange for Auburn... that keeps the two rivalries in tact... but UT would be losing games every year with UGA, UF, VU, and UK.

All of our problems could also be solved by adding Oklahoma and another team. Move both Alabama and Auburn to the East. Nothing gets lost: TSIO, DSOR, WLOCP, IB

Don't really care about those games. Only the TSIO. VU and UK are rivalries in basketball but not football. At least imo.

The West has won the SEC 10 out of the last 15. A shift wouldn't upset the balance too dramatically.

Well an East team has won the most title games.

Go back to the big 12 you homo. I didn't believe Texas fans at first on how annoying y'all could be, but damn.

Should the East ever truly recover to full strength the divisions will be well balanced. If not, they will continue to limp into the SECCG and it will eventually be a negative for the SECw champion

Frankly, the only concrete reason for realignment is Missouri's issues, and there's not a single non-Mizzou fan on here who honestly cares about Missouri's happiness. Everything else pretty much either comes down to personal perspective or short-sighted views of current trends (LSU complaining about UF as permanent opponent, for instance, ignores the fact that LSU and Florida have both sucked mutated donkey balls at times in the past.) Other than the whole Missouri thing, there's no problem that needs fixing where realignment is the most logical choice.

Get rid of divisions. In the name of safety, why play a championship game? Everyone could then have two or three permanent games... For Auburn it would be Bama and UGA.

If you need a championship game, then change the rule and not require divisions.

I don't want to be in the same division with Bama either. I think Auburn could establish more of an individual identity being in the East separately especially since Georgia and Florida are two of our primary recruiting states

Fine by me, but that may not work to AU's advantage. If you remember, after this past year's Iron Bowl the predominant talking point around here by AU fans was how thankful AU was for Saban's Alabama. The argument was that without a strong Bama, AU was content with Tuberville level mediocrity. Not sure if y'all have revised the official party line though?

Go!

The Gus Bus is on a roll now. He was so successful in shooting down the 10 second rule proposal surely he can swing his quick dick around at the meetings and get y'all transferred to the East.

Yearly Offseason, "Move Auburn to the SECe" Thread

I don't know I kinda like LSU's yearly match up with Auburn. It's been a good for lack of better words, rivalry.
