While the hand wringing over an 8 or 9 game schedule continues and LSU's AD and their fans continue to complain about cross divisional rivals, we all know the real solution is to move Auburn to the East making the conference and schedules more balanced.

Unfortunately, certain schools won't allow this to happen and as we enter what everyone hopes is the final year of the bridge schedule it will be interesting to see what the final solution is

Bama won't be able to keep Tennessee. Not happening.

Its silly to have AU in the west and Mizzou in the east.

Sure they would. The annual IB would be discontinued.

The Democratic party is doing a better job with the national budget than the SEC is doing with this bridge schedule shite.

Exactly. Flip them and move to a 9 game schedule.

Problems solved.

No TSIO, no chance of it happening. Sorry.

There's enough votes now to overrule this.

The annual Bama Bird's suggestion that the complaining won't end until Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and Tennessee are in the same division together

See above. TSIO kept, IB discontinued as an annual game.

Nobody is going to go for having a western division with just two 'big six' members in it and have the other four in the east.... well, probably bama and LSU, but that's about it.

The LSU/Bama game would basically become an SECW championship game every year.

Why not just give Bama an exception to play either Auburn or Tennessee each year depending on which team falls on their rotational schedule? What's one more special privilege

Do it.

AU plays UGA and get to return to playing UF. Bama can be our one west team if they want...if not, we can take LSU.
