Pipe down Missouri. You don't get a vote in this conference yet. You've got another two decades before acceptance by the original members. We're still on the fence about Arkansas and Carolina.

Since it came into being the Big 12 has managed to lose Nebraska, Colorado, A&M, and Missouri. 4 major universities, with a rich heritage, right in the middle of the Big 12's footprint.

They deserve to go under. Let 'em collapse.

Kentucky is more of an ACC school than we are, and we were in the ACC.

Good basketball, shitty everything else.

I bet Kentucky fans would actually be happy to go to the ACC

There isn't a single school in the Big 12 that would raise the SEC's revenue. None of the states have more than 6M.

Currently A&M, MIZZOU, UT, UGA, and UF have to carry the league.
We literally lose money on every other school under the current contract accept for Bama and Auburn, because they have made it to the CFB playoff.

The MS schools are the real culprits. Maybe the ACC would trade one for Wake Forest, NC State, UNC, or Duke. They don't need 4 NC schools.

We don't need to be subsidizing a failed business model. All four of them.

You beat a 7-5 team and 3-9. I'm quivering in my booties.

If your benchmark is beating South Carolina, then you already fit in well with the ACC schools. We suck arse.

Not a chance. Too much quality competition in the ACC.

#TexasIsCancer

Sorry for all the schools who didn't get the memo when we diagnosed it back in 1990.

OU fans seem to think that the SEC would welcome them, and OSU, with open arms. Would Oklahoma bring that much to the table?

Sure, OU is rich in football tradition but the state's population is small and OSU is a middling school. I don't see it.

Oklahoma would easily get in because they're Oklahoma.

Texas or Oklahoma wouldn't raise revenue?

Not with that big OSU tumor attached. Why would the SEC take two teams from a small state?

I believe it's still a 3/4 vote to get into the SEC. I could see Arky, A&M, and MIZZOU forming a block to keep OU out which is probably enough.

If OU tried to bring OSU then he issue of bringing in Clemson, FSU, and GT could surface. The block would possibly grow to include USC, UF, and UGA.

Secn is already able to charge in-footprint rate for the entire state of Texas because of a&m.

CBS would still be airing basically 1 game/wk, so no more content there.

Oklahoma doesn't have many TVs.
