One thing about Arkansas fans. They talk about the Hogs as if they have EVER accomplished anything in the SEC.

They ignore any accomplishment by Auburn or LSU or anybody as if it is so irrellevant yet their own "average at best" Hogs are always next year's team.

i can guarantee you there's no thread on our board talking about being the nc champ this season like there is on yours. you know just a couple months after you wanted your coach fired badly, jimbo was the new guy then your ad made himself and your whole university look like a fool, much like your gov has the past few days.

Any non-biased fan is going to say Bielema. He was successful at Wisconsin and has gotten better each year at Arkansas after inheriting a program in shambles. Drop him in to Auburn and he'd be much more successful there than Malzhan. He clearly understands how to run a program while Malzahn is probably better off in an OC role.

Will they be saying this when they call for him to be fired when he continues to win 6-8 games each year?

Probably the one with a conference title. However, I honestly don't think either will be head coaches in the SEC three years from now.

Makes sense since we got first choice.

I would take Bert over a lot of coaches, Gus is one of them. His football teams at Arkansas and Wisconsin almost always played hard. I like his commitment to running the ball.

I appreciate what Gus is capable of as an OC, but as a HC his stock seems to be taking a dip. Along with his W-L record, his teams seem to be playing softer and softer each year, and to me that is always a reflection of your HC, his energy, his aura if you will.

There are no words to describe the mess Coach B walked into here. IF he had known, he wouldn't have came. It was and has been a total rebuild job. Not sure how anyone can honestly compare the two jobs, but I would be the farm Coach B will be coaching long after Gus is.

We will miss those that are gone no doubt. But Sprinkle is really good TE. We also RS three 4* TE's
who will be ready. We have a lot of talent on the OL as you probably already know. RW111 has been cleared to play next year and add Whaley who will get on the field. IT's QB! That's the Million dollar question! Who ever it is will probably be on a short play count to maximize his abilities to what he can master early own. I see Arkansas coming on late again. (Maybe)

He's not long for the world with that BMI.
Luckily Malzahn's cholesterol is improving since the Waffle House trips have become more infrequent.

Henry is still a big loss, you leaned on him this year for a ton of big plays. And keep in mind the seasoned vet throwing to them is long gone, and is being replaced by a completely green QB just about. New QBs rarely do well in the SEC.

We lose Henry but return Morgan, Reed, Cornelius, Sprinkle and Hatcher (our best WR from 2014 who missed nearly all of last year). If the new QB struggles it won't be because he doesn't have proven guys to throw to.

Right now the talk is all about what Bert is supposedly building at Arkie. Hell, he is in 4th year and is building toward what? Kids graduate in 4 years and many leave after 3.

I'll just say what I've said on here before. When he took over there were a total of 8 four or five star players on the team...now there are 20. He's making us better whether the rant wants to admit it or not.
