If it was decided that Ohio State and Michigan were no longer playing every year?

quote:

I’m not for that. I’m not for Auburn playing Georgia every year. I think, again, that’s disproportionate. I think there should be an opportunity to see a greater segment of the conference. I think the opportunity to rotate two games as opposed to one game, and therefore not really annually picking them on arbitrary criteria, to determine your champion.”

I believe there's more to be said for traditional rivals than making sure that us or Auburn play Mizzou.

I think Les has been brainwashed by the LSU syndicate, mad that they have to play Florida every year.

LSU has bitched more about scheduling than all other schools combined.

What would Nick Saban say to the SEC asking Bama to play Auburn on a Friday for the betterment of the SEC?

Hell, just a few months ago they were bitching about not having any/enough night games in Tiger Stadium because that's part of their tradition. Now they're suddenly all progressive and anti-tradition....go figure.

With the current format we visit every east team once a decade. If you are a four year player, you don't even play all of the teams in your conference during your career. Now that's a dumbass model.

Seems like Bama and Tennessee are pretty outspoken about the issue as well.

I agree. It sucks bigtime, which is why I wish more people would bitched louder about possible expansion before any moves were made.

You say LSU has bitched more than anyone yet all of you other cake walkers would pull your season tickets if you had to play the teams LSU played last year. The fact that they won all of them makes it even better. If anyone can bitch its LSU. And as far as Florida, we already play them every year so why would he be scared if that were the case? The difference between LSU and the other schools is that the team they play every season is actually worth a shite.

Exactly.

And to some in the State of Alabama you can sub Tennessee for Auburn.

Penn st fans don't understand that Bama thinks that Tennessee is their rival. Bammers don't consider Auburn a rival.

On a scale from 11 to 41, 11 being not scared at all to 41 being terrified, I'm at a solid 12.

Nice try junior ! I have lived in the south longer than you have been alive the only thing that rivals Ohio State/Michigan is Auburn/Alabama or Texas/Oklahoma
