Every team listed has multiple SECC's and NC's in all sports not just Football. Mizzou does not fit the bill in the least

That's ridiculous. This can't be about multiple sports, it has to be about just football.
If it includes other sports, you have to loop in Kentucky, they have been propping up SEC bball for years (with periodic help from UF).
