If Lewis turn down 650,000 from LSU and took 11,000 to go play at Mississippi State, then people in Starkville are a lot dumber than perceived

I don't like the OM people going after a player. Leo Lewis wasn't the only recruit that stiffed them.

It's all they've got left man. This whole Leo Lewis thing is nothing more than a diversion tactic. They throw it out to try to take the attention away from tne dozen or more Lev 1s they still have left.

Rather than spending time and effort trying to find out how the hell their Administration allowed THREE different sports to land on NCAA sanctions, they'd rather spin their wheels on Leo.

It's all they have RT. They know that this NCAA decision is it. They are placing all of the eggs into this basket in hopes that there is a slim chance they survive.

[quote]Don't be naive. The COI has already ordered an investigation into Mississippi State while looking at Ole Miss, so we know they will do that. They don't seem satisfied that the investigation was thorough enough and want to talk to Lewis. Do you actually think if additional details are offered to the COI about violations from another school that they won't turn around and order another investigation again? They have the authority to order an investigation of other programs, they have done it and will again if needed. Right now Mississippi State should be concerned, very concerned. LSU may have something to worry about, we'll see after the COI.

I think you're setting yourself up for a letdown. Look, I know, that you know, Ole Miss football is in peril. If I were you, I'd put more support behind other Ole Miss sports, or I'd find a new hobby, perhaps something unrelated to Old Miss. Don't put all your eggs in this one basket, so to speak. It is a basket of rotten eggs

This is OM's last chance to discredit Leo. Behold the professionalism of Steven Godfrey

Your fanbase has literally begun to lose its collective mind over sports.

I mean, if we're going to get up in arms about the professionalism of an SB Nation writer and use a few tweets from 2009-2012 as our evidence, shouldn't we bring up how Pat Forde got fired from ESPN for unethical reporting on Louisville and how he got kicked out of the Ole Miss press box for inappropriate behavior? Or are you just going to ignore it because he's covering them cheatin' Bears (lol of course you are)?

Reporter writes article about MSU that portrays them negatively.

MSU fans dig up alleged tweets from reporter from some time around when Leo Lewis was in junior high.

State fans declare victory.
