The NCAA's hands are tied. They can't punish whistleblowers or they won't have anyone willing to help them in future investigations. Lewis and State are like mobsters who get off scot free because they turned state's evidence.

The important thing to remember is that Mullen and Leo are heroes for bringing a corrupt leader down.

Just another example of the filthy missy state slush fund shedding negative light on another SEC west school.

Auburn went through it but we had nothing to hide. We don't cheat so the NCAA could not punish us.

Ole miss needs to clean up the program so dirty programs like the bullies can't throw mud against the wall to see if it sticks.

Sure, he'll play. He has immunity. Now if he doesn't give a truthful appearance in front of the COI, he most likely has played his last down of NCAA ball. If he gives details and verifiable testimony as to all violations he's involved with, he'll be fine. Now as to the other schools besides Ole Miss that Lewis says committed these violations, they will have a problem. A big one. Apparently, the COI is extremely interested in the part about the payment from Mississippi State and they may be looking for specific information in order to reopen the investigation. They might want to look at LSU too. There is no "off the record" in front of the COI. There may be nothing to stop these investigations from happening if he truthfully testifies. The COI may not be happy that the NCAA enforcement gave "lip service" to the State investigation. It would be in the best interest of all programs that he doesn't show. Just sit out a year and go pro.

Why the hell would the NCAA come back and investigate LSU? They got the info they needed in the OleMiss colonoscopy. They wanted to prove OM operated a widespread Booster scheme. They wanted to prove was systematically orchestrated and implemented from the very core of the OM Administration and they were successful in building their case.

Why the hell would LSU get pulled into your shitstorm?
