He would be stupid to come back and take the beating he took this year again for free. He's a running back he needs to go get paid

I'll wait to see his combine numbers. If he runs a 4.5, he's in the second.

I don't think anyone is questioning his straight line speed. That's not his negatives though

Franco Harris and Larry Czonka couldn't "create on their own" either.

This "scout" guy sounds like an idiot. Probably just a friend of some team owner or GM out there. Let's face it - there isn't exactly a vetting process or rigorous process required to be a scout. You just get hired and order business cards that say 'scout'.

Henry will go to the Saints and be Ingrams backup.

He appears like a good guy and wish him the best. He has a different skill set than a LF but with his work ethic and durability I think he'll do fine as long as he gets in the right system. And if he drops to a 3rd or 4th rounder it could be a career godsend. 1st round to Browns would be a tombstone for most any RB short of Barry Sanders. Again, carried himself well last night and wish him the best.

I'd draft him early and use him as a HB, TE, and HB. Lots of potential at more than just the RB position. The right coach will get a lot of production from Henry.

If by walked you meant runs over and by on water you mean the L5U defense, then yes, he does.

No. I meant "heisman lock". "Best back in sec". Need I go on?

Why would u mention his game against the "SEC cellar dwellars in the "decline"".

Thought we sucked.

With the success of Gurley this year, I think Todd restored some faith in RB's in the draft again. 2nd Round for Henry and no he doesn't come back.

Mel Kiper has him bottom of the first/top of the 2nd and he goes no matter what. But, I think he turns out to be a lot better than most think. He has great vision and he can take NFL hits.

No point, its not like next year will be a better pool (Cook and Fournette) and RBs don't generally make leaps with experience like virtually every other position- there isn't some huge technique jump you make other than say not trying to bounce everything outside (some Henry already doesn't do but something some college RBs do because they're used to being able to outrun revenue prior to hitting college).

All it really seems to do is put more mileage on guys at a position that's essentially expendable-- hell, barring an Adrian Peterson level back you could argue in the modern NFL it's never really worth dumping a top 50 pick into a running back.

He strikes me as a more athletic Arian Foster. I think he goes 2nd round.

Oh, really? Bama's o-line isn't good this year.
