No you haven't. Just scanned this thread again. All you've provided is:

1. OMG, FSU is the greatest at every position (in a very dramatic way)
2. Auburn's defense sucks.
3. Auburn's offense is one dimensional.

Then you suck at reading.

Your "analysis" isn't as great as you think it is.

I don't think it's great.

However, it does exist, and is better than "ZOMG they said we'd lose to ______, but we won, so we'll win again!!!"

The only SEC team they played, they beat by 30. Granted, it was UF and the worst offense ever, but their defense is still light years ahead of AU's.

If you are arguing that FSU's schedule was strong (or even medium), then you will lose that argument on a daily basis. I doubt even you believe that.

If you are arguing that FSU's defense (or offence) is better than AU's, how do you know unless they play some real competition? FSU is this year's Notre Dame.

Auburn's defense does the job at pivotal times.

They do, for the most part. Not sure that will happen again. It might. But FSU has as good a corp of receivers and a better QB than Mizzou, and there were quite a few occasions that Auburn's secondary looked less than hapless against us.

I don't think most people on here even watched a single FSU game.

It is abundantly clear.

There is no disputing that FSU played a pathetic shchedule though

So then how do you know they are any good? We know AU can bet a good team or two -- how can you possibly know that FSU can? There's a good argument they don't belong in the championship any more than Ohio State does.

That really showed itself in the fist half of the Duke game (BC also). If (and when) that happens against a quality team FSU's chances to win are slim to none.

No, more like Auburn is this year's Notre Dame. They've had a bunch of close, fluky wins throughout the year which is very reminiscent of the run Notre Dame had last year. Meanwhile, Florida State has dominated everybody.

The SEC has won 7 straight BCS NCGs.

In one BCS NCG it was two SEC West teams facing off against each other.

The last 4 BCS NCGs were either won by Auburn or Alabama, both in the SEC West.

This is completely, 100% irrelevant.

I've watched four FSU games and they are a very good football team, but you acting as if Auburn has zero chance to win the game is as laughable as people predicting a 3+ td win for Auburn. One thing Auburn has in its advantage is being tested numerous times and responding. That experience will help in a game like this. With FSU's pathetic schedule, it's yet to be seen how they'll respond in a close game.

That's what people said about Notre Dame last year before they played Alabama in the national championship game. We all saw how that turned out.

Mizzou had one of the most highly touted D-lines coming into the SECCG

Their line (especially their ends) were regarded for their pass rush. There was huge questions about their ability to stop the run.

FSU has some big, scary MFers from the same areas that SEC likes to grab guys. They are as good a defense as Auburn will see, and even matches up better than Bama's, IMO.

I don't know if they will shut down AU, but they will score at will, IMO.

They didn't look so hot in the BC game. Nor did they in the first half of the Duke game.

Yes, that's what someone who is cheering for an ACC team would say.

Maybe FSU is this years Notre Dame.

I'm going to say it again, BC > Alabama, Duke > Missouri + South Carolina.

Don't knock BC and Duke.

Did you see this happen in the first half of the Duke game? I didn't. More depth, a couple breaks, and Duke could have won.

Yes...Auburn will win by 17. Tre Mason will need a blood transfusion after the game to get oxygen back to his leg muscles from carrying the mail.

This is a very eery post. My buddy and I were walking into the SECCG game and he made this exact statement, which turned out to be almost verbatim true. 17 point win and damn if Tre didnt need to be hauled off due to exhaustion.

That makes perfect sense, since Auburn's schedule was so weak. You seem to think that Auburn having close games with good teams (and winning) is worse that FSU blowing out cupcakes.

Talk about not paying attention, maybe you were watching Nashville when football was on.

Missouri #2 in the SEC in run defense and 14th in the nation with something like 119 yards or so per game

Until they met Auburn.

They fell to #8 in the SEC and #48 nationally after 1 freaking game.

But hey, drop the F bomb a couple of more times and just tell us we're not paying attention.

I'm not.

I'm stating that FSU scored more on UF (a top tier SEC defense) than everyone else they played this year, including all SEC opponents UF faced.

Because the discrepancy is so wide between the two teams that it is glaringly obvious.

Notre Dame squeaked by in many games last year. FSU has blown out everyone they've played. These are guys recruited by SEC teams. They are not Notre Dame guys.
