Oregon struggled against Stanford a team that has a similar style to all 3 SEC teams

Bama lost to a team that is very similar in style to Oregon......except Oregon's better. Also Oregon's had no issue beating that same Stanford hard nosed team 9 of the past 10 seasons.

This is not a biased opinion I watch a shite load of football from every conference I love the sport. To compare any conference to the SEC is laughable literally the top 6 would beat any other conferences top 3 teams 9/10 times the only teams I give a chance are Oregon or ND beating a beat up south Carolina and even that is a stretch debate if you want but nothing is PERCEIVED STRENGTH it proven and known around the world how good the Sec is go somewhere else if you wish to debate something with your other shitty conferences ...I say good day

This isn't really even worth commenting on. You claim to attempt to make an unbiased post yet you come with that shite.

A&M right now would give Oregon all they could handle. Johnny Football> Mariota

What matters is this year. And Oregon didn't beat Stanford this year.

Serious question what do other conferences do after national championship game. It must suck to have nothing to look forward to no recruits worth talking about and maybe 1 or 2 teams with a outside shot at the national championship game( not a win) pathetic existense. Everyone praying for the day sec dominance ends but they just keep reloading. USC and Ohio state and Texas and Florida state can keep getting there 5 and 4 stars and not develop them at all

I think Bama would lose to Oregon as Saban is known to struggle against spread/option teams with mobile QB's. Bama is perceived to be better because LSU and Auburn beat Orgeon

Well Alabama didn't beat A&M this year and UGA didn't beat SC this year. Why do they deserve a shot over Oregon or K State? Because of reputation from previous seasons which is my point of this entire thread that these SEC teams get an advantage over the rest of the country because previous years. That's a problem

Too bad we will never find out. He did OK against Tebow 1-1. But I think people underestimate the time Saban would have to prepare for Oregon. Remember Auburns D was middle of the road and shut down Oregon for the most part. Besides I don't even think Bama will play for it, it maybe Georgia.

You're an idiot. Because they lost when you can lose. Early in the season. You can't lose late in the season and they did. Oregon does it every year they lose late in the season and that's why they don't play for a title. Kansas State really doesnt deserve to be in the discussion. They lost to a average Baylor team. GA lost to number 12 really really early in the year. Bama lost to number 9

Yeah I'm leaning UGA too. I would like to see the SEC prove it on the field and not back down from anyone

It's all about timing of losses. Florida lost earlier than Oregon to the 3rd ranked team. Oregon lost last week and can't play for their conference championship game. If they did then no doubt they deserve it more than Florida. But as of right now they don't deserve it anymore than Florida.

Right now, if the SEC West and SEC East were divided into 2 seperate conferences, they would be the top 2 conferences in the nation.
