The SEC is down this year with even the top teams struggling so why should 2 teams receive a NC bid over 1 loss teams like Oregon, Kansas State, and Notre Dame if applicable?

Auburn down =/= the SEC down.

The top SEC teams play better schedules than OR, KS and ND. How could they deserve it more??

The SEC's top teams' losses haven't been to teams like Baylor and (maybe) USC

Kansas State

got blown out by a shitty Baylor team.

Notre Dame

Would have lost to a 4 loss USC team and should have lost to Stanford and Pitt.

Oregon

Had the unfortunate circumstance of losing late in the season.
