Maybe you should learn how to dress.

If I wore a suit like Jesse's to work, they would send me home to
change. Maybe it's the "in" thing right now, and maybe it will be acceptable in the business setting in the future, but this is definitely not a look that I would consider business appropriate.

Not really, he doesn't wear suits that are way too big, but he isn't near as fashion-conscious as Jesse is.

And there is a huge difference from dressing like a woman in men's clothing and wearing a suit that lives up to today's fashion standards.

I think you might be taking this fashion shite just a bit too seriously. Lighten up, buy a sense of humor, or dial up your sarcasm meter.

You're telling on yourself. You must work at McDonald's or a construction site.

You literally can read this thread and tell who is fat, old, poor, un-athletic, etc..

This thread delivers.

Your company is definitely in the minority then. While it is not expected that someone wear a modern-fitting suit in most business environments, it certainly isn't laughed at in most environments either.

Right. Because people who work at McDonald's and construction sites wear suits to work.

Or you can tell who works in a business setting and who sells clothes at Express in the mall.

There is nothing wrong with being a conservative, old-line dresser just as there is nothing wrong with being a modern, stylish dresser. Different strokes for different folks- but to think that someone would be laughed at for dressing in the current style is pretty silly.
