LSU in D-cline
i just realized in another thread that bama has lost to 3 of the last 4 ranked opponents and the lone win was against this year's dumpster fire aggies. meanwhile, lsu is improving, has a 3 game win streak, beat an improved ky and a solid ole miss team.

I like the way you think Slope. Hope it is so. They both play the same game and it will be close. Whoever gets the lucky breaks in the end will win. I just hope that the SEC has already put the fix in on this game.

LSU has been outscored 82-46 and are 1-2 in their last 3 games against ranked opponents.

If you want to go that route...

Was it the three point victory at UF or the arse kickings LSU took by MSU and AU that were supposed to look good to my eyes?
It was LSU beating and manhandling the team that beat and manhandled Bama that is supposed to look good to your eyes

LSU gets stomped by Miss State and Auburn, then soundly defeats Ole Miss.

Scoring 3pts in over 3-1/2 qtrs is not soundly doing anything. Soundly punting I guess.

I would say the over 200 yards rushing is pretty sound, but maybe not

the trend is what is interesting to me. lsu has 3 in a row including a win over a solid ole miss team.

bama seems to be trending the other way.

I think it will be a good game that could go either way. If you pay attention on here, it's really the LSU posters that are the ones that seem so over confident.

It's psychological at this point. The LSU team thinks they can win, but they KNOW they won't beat Bama. You gotta kinda feel bad for them.

I always think it's silly when fans of a team run down the accomplishments of the team they are playing next. That way, if you win, you've beaten a team you'v already said is not very good and if you lose, you've gotten beaten by a team you've already said isn't very good.

It's clear that Alabama is and has been a very good team. A victory against them would be a great accomplishment.

And I think we can all agree this has nothing to do with Saturday night. If it does why stop at the last 4? How about go back to the last 10 or 20.
