I didnt want him fired. Hes the best football coach LSU has ever had. If saban wasnt winning at Bama the fans wouldnt be such babies. And if saban wasnt at Bama Les would be the goat and would have at least 1 more sec title and 1 more national title.

You are singling out specific players at positions.
The two most important positions on the offensive side of the ball...where LSU sucks. You're getting outrecruited by Arkansas at those positions and wonder why you're losing and have trouble scoring.

the point is no one is going to be better than saban so why shell out $30 million to hire another coach thats not going to beat saban? I keep hearing I settle for mediocrity cus i dont want Les fired, unless LSU hires saban, they are settling for mediocrity with any hire. So yeah forgive me for not wanting to waste money on fricking Jimbo Fisher.

To be fair, it has been 12 years since Saban left for Miami.

Mark Richt of the West but still has more to show than Richt.

Yet Richt managed to beat Auburn on a regular basis.

Mark Richt was fired because Kirby Smart was going to South Carolina.........and would not have been available for a few years. His name has been mentioned so many times as the next man in line, you would have thought he was coaching on the UGA staff in a "coach in waiting" roll.

Richt was forced out to ensure they didn't miss out on Smart.

This is true. I do think Richt would have been gone in a year or two more anyway, but Smart was primarily the reason the move was made when it was.

Well. They have beaten you like yarddogs the last two years, so he just might be on to something.

Overall LSU will always be more talented than Arkansas. We will always recruit better than Arkansas.

We should never lose to Arkansas.

When LSU starts losing to Arkansas fans start evaluating the program and try to figure out what's wrong.

Not a slight to Arkamsas, just the way the world and college football works.

I'm gonna make a suggestion to the LSU folks who have any control over scheduling.

Schedule Alabama AFTER you play these "inferior" teams..you may see a different result...just saying.

I agree. Either play Alabama very early or 2nd to last.

Don't let Bama kill the season. It's a loss most often.

Because he is an average/below average coach.

And because he's not Nick Saban. LSU will never get over him coaching Bama.
