But why does that national brand only manage to find the trailer parks?

I see a lot Alabama stickers and license plates back in the suburbs of Memphis. No trailers though. Odd....

but they truly have to feel that LSU fans are "bamassessed" to be happy in life.

Not really, OP has no dog in this fight, why would he he care about how Alabama fans feel?

I was going to ask if you were new but then I saw your 98 posts. Answer is Nick Saban. Also, LSU fans feel they are on equal footing in regards to talent, recruiting, fan passion, etc.. And they are, just haven't got as much hardware as Bama over the last 6 years.

^THIS^
LSU / Bama is the #1 competition Bama /LSU faces year in and out... period. So, naturally when you get the two biggest boys on the block together competing w/ each other, things are gonna be HEATED... Bama fans try to be snobbish about it and present themselves as having no competition w/ LSU, but ppl aren't stupid... #gameofthecentury #1&2recruitingclasses #lilnickyactinglikehejustwonthelotterywhenbeatLSU #kissmygritsbama

bullshite. It's just easy to pick on us because our team has had so much success. I guarantee you there are 4 or 5, maybe even more fan bases who would be worse than us if their team won 3/5. And there are a couple who are worse right now.

Idc if you think I'm biased when I say this but the Alabama fans on this site, as a whole, have been pretty frickin humble in comparison to the success that our favorite team is having.

This part of TD solely exists because Bama fans flooded the rant in 2008 before Saban's first game back in Tiger Stadium but we're the obsessed ones.

Actually where I am from (like 10 minutes from the Mississippi border) is a huge Ole Miss area.

A lot of Tennessee football fans in Memphis are Memphis basketball fans. There was a large group of confused people when Bruce Pearl was at Tennessee.

That's funny you bring up Memphis. That's where one of the largest LSU alumni chapters happens to be. They must all bus in from Baton Rouge I guess.

I imagine that probably sucked but the hell would you expect to happen? If Gus went to LSU next year or Miles went to Tenn the same thing would happen.

Why would y'all care? You know, since we're not a rival or anything, remember?

I am not lying when I say I barely ever see LSU stuff in Memphis. I do know a couple girls who decided to go to school there. Plus I have seen a good bit of LSU posters on here from Memphis. It is a huge SEC city though, people go all over the place.

You're just being hard headed now. South Carolina and Alabama aren't rivals but they'd be all over us if Saban replaced SP. And they aren't historical rivals but the SEC has revolved around the LSU Alabama game pretty regularly the past 5 or so years.
